At WVH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WVH account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
